Exterior
The hull has been treated with a glass coating; we were informed by the owner that it features a two-layer finish using EZM Coat plus a top coat. At the time of our inspection, the hull maintained a beautiful luster and was in excellent condition. Measures have been taken to protect against deterioration caused by UV rays and seawater, and the white hull gives a clean yet luxurious impression.You can tell the owner has maintained it with great care over the years, and it remains in excellent condition that belies its age. The finish is befitting the popular Yamaha UF-29F HP (final model), and seeing this boat in person will allow you to truly appreciate its beauty. My first impression during the photo shoot was, “This is a beautiful boat that has been very carefully maintained.”
Front Deck
The front deck is equipped with a casting rail, which helps improve safety during casting and lure fishing. In addition to its practicality, it gives the deck a sleek, polished look. The owner informed us that the deck mat was installed as recently as May 2026, and it was still in excellent condition at the time of our visit.It is expected to improve traction underfoot and reduce fatigue. Additionally, the navigation lights have been replaced with LED models, and we confirmed they were functioning during our visit. This upgrade improves visibility during nighttime navigation while reducing power consumption. Overall, the front deck is well-equipped and in excellent condition, clearly reflecting the owner’s careful maintenance and upkeep.
Cockpit & Cabin
The cockpit area features Yamaha’s signature sophisticated design, and the instruments are arranged for easy readability. It gives the impression of not only functionality but also the stylish appeal expected of a fishing boat. The captain’s seat showed little signs of wear and, based on our inspection, was in excellent condition. It looks like it would be comfortable even during long voyages. The rear seat provides ample space for three adults to sit comfortably. Although we noticed some minor fraying, overall it appeared to be in good condition. The cabin feels clean, and the berth (sleeping area) at the rear of the boat is spacious enough for two adults to lie down. It should be useful not only for resting or napping but also during extended fishing trips. Additionally, the owner informed us that a deck mat for the cabin is currently being ordered and will be installed as soon as the materials arrive. We expect this to make the interior even more comfortable. Overall, the cabin was in excellent condition, clearly reflecting how carefully the owner has used and maintained it.
Aft Deck
The aft deck, like the front deck, is covered with deck mats, creating a cohesive look. It was in very good condition at the time of our visit, and we could sense the owner’s attention to detail.As far as we could tell, none of the storage hatches or doors showed any cracks, and we were informed that there were no water leaks. Overall, the cabin was maintained in excellent condition. Furthermore, the coating was applied not only to the exterior of the hull but also to interior areas such as the cockpit walls and around the gunwales, maintaining a beautiful, glossy finish.The aft deck offers ample space, comfortably accommodating four adults for fishing. Its highly practical layout makes it ideal for fishing trips with friends or extended fishing expeditions. Furthermore, it features a dual-station configuration, allowing the boat to be operated from the aft deck.This enhances visibility when fighting fish and during docking and undocking, improving convenience during fishing trips. Overall, the aft deck was in excellent condition, clearly reflecting the owner’s careful maintenance and upkeep.
Engine
The boat is equipped with a Volvo Penta D6-330 (330 horsepower) engine. At the time of our inspection, the hour meter read approximately 6,447 hours. According to maintenance records provided by the owner, an injector diagnostic was performed at approximately 6,370 hours, followed by a major engine overhaul in December 2024. The maintenance work covered a wide range of tasks, including replacement of the CR injectors and nozzle tips, long-block assembly, inspection of the turbocharger and cooling system, replacement of the oil filter and coolant, and more; a test run was also conducted after the work was completed. Based on the current hour meter reading, the operating time since the major overhaul is approximately 77 hours; we understand that the engine has just completed its break-in period. Additionally, the battery was replaced with a new one in June 2026. My impression is that this is an engine that has been thoroughly maintained—something that cannot be judged solely by its model year or operating hours. Maintenance records are on file; please review them in detail when inspecting the boat in person.
