This is a Yamaha 25-foot-class diesel drive boat.
It is a boat with high rigidity, excellent maneuverability, and superior fuel efficiency, derived from its fishing boat heritage.
With the maneuverability characteristic of drive boats, it handles well and is easy to dock, undock, and turn.
It has never been used for fishing; the hull is in excellent condition, and there are no visible signs of wear on the deck.

The hull is in better condition than its age would suggest.
The cabin is spacious and offers ample storage space for fishing gear and rods.
The cabin measures approximately 1.5 m in length, 1.2 m in width, and 70 cm in height.
The engine is easily accessible, making maintenance straightforward.

The rear deck is slightly wider due to the transom.
The left side of the deck houses the livewell, while the right side has a storage compartment.
The long, horizontal hatch at the rear leads to the machinery compartment, which houses the drive shaft and trim unit.
The small hatch at the rear is for propeller inspection.

A secondary helm station (aft station) is located on the starboard side.
Installed in 2025, it allows for full control of the steering wheel, throttle, and shift from this location.
It’s convenient for maneuvering the boat while fishing, such as when fishing in choppy waters or trolling.

The bow features two steps to ensure safe anchoring.
An electric winch is located on the starboard side, and an anchor locker is in the center.
The bow deck is spacious and nearly flat, making it very easy to fish from.
The hatch in front of the cabin serves as a large livewell.
An anchor roller is mounted at the very bow.

The walkaround on both sides is approximately 34 cm wide with a side height of 50 cm, providing ample space for easy passage.
The spanker sail was replaced with a new one in 2020.
An LED deck light is installed on the starboard side of the ceiling.
12V power outlets are installed on the right wall of the helm and on the foredeck.

There is a ladder at the stern in case of a man overboard.
It is designed to deploy from the water’s surface, so you can rest assured even in the event of a man overboard.
The GPS fishfinder will be removed for installation on the next boat.

The boat is equipped with a 3-cylinder Yamaha D201KH engine.
It has high fuel consumption, averaging about 10 L/h at cruising speed.
The engine is in excellent condition and runs smoothly.
Both acceleration and speed are excellent, and the area around the exhaust pipe—which is often prone to problems—is also in good condition.
Most of the operating time was spent idling while drift fishing.

The drive is a Yamaha MU-20 with a high-tilt propeller that raises fully.
This makes it easy to recover the boat even if a rope or net becomes entangled.
The propeller was replaced with a new one this past July due to propeller slippage.

It’s a highly maneuverable boat of just the right size, making it ideal for both solo and group fishing trips.
It offers excellent fuel efficiency and is highly economical, making it a great choice for everyone from beginners to professional fishermen.

As this is a consignment sale, a fee of 20,000 yen will be charged for hauling, launching, and cleaning if you wish to take a test drive.
Please note that this fee will be refunded after the sales contract is signed.
