YAMAHA UF-29 Used Motor Boats for Sale in Japan

This is a Yamaha UF-29 that was newly built, launched, and registered in January Heisei 27 (2015). The Yamaha UF-29 is a high-performance fishing cruiser that combines excellent sailing performance with a stylish cabin offering superior comfort. It is versatile enough to handle everything from serious fishing to cruising, and remains highly popular even on the used boat market. It is equipped with a single Volvo Penta “D6-330 (330 horsepower)” diesel engine (inboard configuration). The total operating hours displayed on the multifunction display’s hour meter are 2,007 hours (as of the time of this report). The current owner has carefully maintained this engine by having the marina perform regular annual maintenance, and the engine room shows no signs of serious oil or water leaks, remaining neat and clean. As recently as June of this year (2026), the marina (a specialized service provider) performed an inspection and maintenance, including the replacement of various consumables, in conjunction with bottom painting and hull maintenance. A major highlight of this boat is its comprehensive, practical outfitting, which makes fishing and boat handling at sea extremely comfortable. The aft section of the cabin features an aft station (a second helm), a large awning (blue sunshade), and a spanker. Furthermore, a freestanding aft chair is installed just in front of the aft station (on the starboard side). This provides a comfortable position for casting while seated, and since the aft station is within immediate reach, it is a practical, field-oriented layout that proves invaluable for making precise adjustments to the boat’s position (boat control) while fishing.
